Capital Income Properties was the sole proprietorship of Daniel L. Rogers since the mid 1980s. In January of 2005 Mr. Rogers formed a Texas Corporation called Llano Estacado Management Company, Inc. to manage and maintain the various properties he owns throughout Texas. Due to the good will he has built up over the years representing clients and property owners across Texas he chose to let the corporation take on the name of Capital Income Properties.

The purpose of our organization is to manage the properties Mr. Rogers owns. Our mission is to provide our residents with quality, affordable housing and to provide efficient maintenance to our valued residents. Mr. Rogers, the President of the Organization, insists on it.

We are proud members of the Texas Apartment association, the Apartment Association of the Panhandle, The Amarillo Board of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, and various other professional organizations.
